        Guides (vehicle drivers) were helpful. The vehicles WigWam uses to transport guests had major exhaust leaks. The drivers should be worried due to long term carbon monoxide exposure. Everyone had a severe headache from the lack of oxygen. The converted vans are junk, which was the reason our group was stranded over an hour on the ice due to poor maintenance. There were three breakdowns on two junkers in less than 24 hours affecting the return trip from the ice house and then the next day, on the way to the ice house. When I told 'Tom, the owner' of our disappointment, the reply was: These things happen. As if everyone should expect the headache and the breakdowns. It was not in the brochure. Complaining about the total bill having unwarranted charges had no positive effect. Management confiscated $50 given to a driver for helping the group. Seriously people, check prices and compare, WigWam is not “Guest Friendly”.Expect the worst, maybe then it won't be that bad.
