- I started grooming in my home on my poodles and friends pets grooming became natural to me. I have taught myself most everything I know, and what I couldn't figure out I took an online course to learn the rest. I started the business Johnson Pet Services in my home at 203 Pepperidge lane in 2008-2010 I decided to move the business Goguac st 2011 - 2012 and now I am on Columbia ave since 7/2012 I totally love pets and totally patient with them you can always trust that your pets are always in good hands with me and my business.

I love this place! So economical, she is so customer friendly! My dog comes home looking amazing. This is the only place I will go to forever.
the sign siad $10 for wash and nails - they charged $12. Said the rate changed 2 months ago. They then forgot to do their nails. Very disorganized and unprofessional

I am sorry that you were unhappy. I had $10 bath specials for a few years now and had to do a 20% increase in Oct 2014 to help with supply increase. I am not sure why the nails were not done or who was the one that bath your pet. I so wished you would of called the owner so I could of handled the matter for you. For disorganized and unprofessional I wish you were more specific. It must of been on a day we were changing things around. I am so sorry once again for your experience and would really like for you to give us a second chance call and make an appointment for a (no charge) bath and nail trim. Nice people, boarded our dog for a week, but somehow ran out of his food, and did not let us know. Our dog was starving when we got home, eating 2 bowls of food so quickly we were a bit concerned. Reeked of tobacco smoke.

I apologize and would like to explain. I love animals or I would not be in this business. When boarding pets they miss there owners some have separation anxiety, or depression. Your pet missed his owners he did not want to eat at first so pampered him when I could encouraged food, treats and water he was drinking just fine and would eat some for me everyday so this is why he ate better for you. I was out running arrons when you picked him up so they did not give you his food. You knew I was a smoker because I was smoking in front of you when you talk to me about the fire wood. I have several regulars for boarding it will take a second or third time before pets start feeling at home after they are use to it then they walk in here like they own the home. I am so sorry you were not satisfied. Call and make an appointment for your next service and you will receive no charge 35.00 value Thank you Gwen Johnson Owner.
Awesome people clean affordable they do cats to they are great with animals they sell a variety of puppies call you won't be disappointed
