Mike and Jordan were extremely helpful in getting my husband and me the car we needed to accommodate our family. Mike pulled out all the stops to ensure that we went home with a great car. We both work late, and live almost an hour away. It was some of the best customer service we have ever received, and HIGHLY recommend using Car City in Battle Creek!

I can't say enough about how well my new purchase went, Jeff and Jordan went out of their way to make sure things went smoothly. Even before I was able to drive the vehicle home after it was shipped down from G.R., Jordan had noticed a squeeky belt and had it replaced just because he didn't want to have me dissatisfied. I would reccomend them to anyone.

Jeff and Jordan were very friendly and the service was the best I have ever experienced. I don't have good credit by any means, and I had absolutely no problems securing a loan for a new vehicle so we finally have a vehicle that will accomodate the entire family. I would recommed Car City to anyone that is looking for a new vehicle.

I was very pleasantly surprised by how easy the staff at Car City Supercenter made the process of getting a vehicle. They treat you like a real person and not just a credit number. The paperwork to fill out was minimal and the contract was explained thoroughly. I wouldn't hesitate to go to them for another vehicle.

Jeff Sommers made my experience there Outstanding!! I came in and less than an hour I was signin paperwork. The approval process from quick, the paper work was minimal and he was most helpful. He even took the time to give me additional information regarding building my credit. I can't say enough about Jeff and his team there. They were wondering and made my whole experience AMAZING!!!!
