s&d telecom was referred to me by another hotel owner for the hotel telephone system install. My problem is actually after the telephone install. I found 3 issues that need to be taken care of. I called and left many voicemails, text messages and emails, but never once a reply back of any sort. I have a 1 year warranty with him and still nothing. So basically after I had the install, I got screwed immediately over, but yet he left his name , company name, and phone number all over the place to call him should we run into any problems. I would never refer him to anyone nor to any business. I advise that everyone keep their distance and find someone else for the job , even though it may cost you a little bit more. He also stole my CallExtend Dual Port Auto Attendant without my approval.

I contacted this telecommunications company to set up my office and home with new telephone security system. When I met with owner Sam to discuss what all I wanted done he was nothing but helpful when helping me get the proper equipment, wiring and all other things needed for the system. The install for both office and home were impeccable! Always available to help me as well. I would most definitely recommend them for any job you need done!
