Pharmacy staff is always helpful and accommodating. Hours of operation and Saturday closure are problematic. Parking difficult and no drive through. I try to coordinate med refills with days I have doctors appointments which is not always possible.

Our Lady of the Lake's emergency room is the largest and most modern in Baton Rouge and is designated as the region’s only Level II Trauma Center by the American College of Surgeons. Our private medical center is the largest in Louisiana, with more than 800 licensed beds. In a given year, we treat approximately 45,000 patients in the hospital, and serve about 350,000 persons through outpatient locations. Our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit is the area's largest, and the Children's Emergency Room was the first of its kind in the area to exist separately from a main emergency room.
