Louisiana Citizens Property

I've been waiting on my living allowance for Hurricane Gustav for a month now. How am I supposed to live off of it when I have yet to receive it? My sister got hers in less than a week, but everytime I call there is a lady with a bad attitude (there's more than one) who just takes my name and number down and says someone will get back to me. They are taking advantage of the fact that they are one of the only ones writing insurance for New Orleans residents post-Katrina and Gustav. You're forced to deal with it because the choices are so few.
