horrible service and workmanship my paint is now blistering and bubbling what a liar the owner is said he would have my car finished in a month four months later car in pieces had to go get my car which was unfinished this place is a joke

I got into a fender bender 2 weeks before I was set to move 1000 miles across the country. Every collision shop I called was so backed up that they couldn't even start working on my car until a week after I needed to leave town. I remembered my dad bringing another car to Cajun Collision for a repair to the trunk, but I wasn't particularly pleased with that outcome (rainwater leaked into it after). I brought my car there reluctantly, hoping they could fix it within my timeframe. Amanda was friendly and welcoming. Todd offered to do his best to get my car fixed by the day I needed to leave. I picked it up the evening before! So far, the repair seems great. So pleased with Cajun Collision! Todd and Amanda are the best!

It is nice to go to a business that you haven't been to in at least 6 or 7 years and the young lady in the office remembers who you are. Not too many business can keep employees for that long. Also I was in a bind and needed my car back asap and the owner stayed late all week working on my car to make sure I would have it back by Friday. My car looked great and they even warranty their paint as long as I own my car. Great place and great service as always!

my daughter was driving unsafely because of an incorrect diagnosis from another facility. Cajun Collision got it right and handled my daughter like she was the only customer ever, explaining everything she needed and was super friendly

Seen better days

Back when I first used Cajun Collision their work was second to none. Sadly that is no longer the case. I had my car repainted and they left ripples in the paint job and scorched the paint with the buffing wheel. Steer clear of this place!

Hope for Sell

I ve heard the Baton Rouge place is for sell. It's a good thing too. I don't know if they want to be a tatoo and piercing parlor or a collision center. They must be letting the skeleton crew run the place. (no literally!)



Not as personal as it used to be.

FROM THE OFFICE PEOPLE TO THE BODY MEN, EVERYONE WAS GREAT. I WAS KEPT INFORMED ABOUT WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY CAR. I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE READY IN 4 DAYS AND IT WAS, WHICH WAS GREAT. MY CAR LOOKED BRAND NEW WHEN IT WAS FINISHED. I WAS SO AFRAID THAT I WOULD BE ABLE TO TELL IT WAS WRECKED BUT THE PAINT MATCHED PERFECT!!!!!! ITS GOOD TO KNOW THAT THERE ARE BUSINESSES THAT NOT ONLY DO GREAT WORK BUT STILL TREAT YOU LIKE A PERSON LIKE FAMILY. THANKS CAJUN COLLISION

Last Wednesday, I visited this place of business and received a reasonable estimate for some minor work on my car. I left and went and got another estimate at another place, just in case, and then called Cajun Collision back that night to tell them that I wanted them to fix my car, if possible. I spoke to the receptionist, and she told me that she would tell someone who would order the parts, and they would call me back that night. No one ever called me back, so I called back the next day. I was told that I could bring my car in the following Tuesday, but call on the way. Still no problem.On Tuesday morning, I called up there, as I was asked, and apparently the guy who was going to work on my car was in traffic or something, and that she would call me when she knew what was going on. Three hours later, I had to call back, and still, no one knew when I could come get my car fixed, and once again, I got a promise that someone would call me back. Another three hours later, I call back a final time. Still speaking to the second woman, she tells me she doesn't really know what's going on, never really found out, and that I should call in the morning. I would have been happier if they told me that the parts didn't come in, something happened, or some kind of excuse for this happening.It's unfortunate, I'm usually a fairly easy going person, but I was told to bring my car in on Tuesday, and now there's a problem, that no one decided to tell me about until I was on the way. No one can tell me what the deal is so that I understand the hold up, and no one knows when I can bring my car in all of a sudden. The lack of customer service was annoying. Two different people promised to call me back, and never did. Hate to see what these people would do if you were pressed for time, or had more extensive work that you needed done. Apparently this company doesn't need the business, so I told them I was going to take my car some where else.
