Hoskins Mid South Plumbing Co

Called earlying am on Tuesday and requested service. They told me they would try to make it today, so I called later on in the afternoon to see if they would be able to get make it today and they said "No, it would be tomorrow". I wanted to allow them extra time, so I asked if they could come Thursday to give them ample time to plan an head and they said "Yes! no problem". Well I took off work Thursday and made a confermation call Thursday morning around 8am to verify if they were still coming. They informed me the crew didnt take the work order with them and she could not contact them(???) and told me to call back after 1pm and then she would see IF they could get to it today. When I tried to explain that I had planned this with them on Tuesday and they agreed the only responcse I would get is "Call back after 1pm, sir". Ended up calling a plumber in Oxford and he was at the house within a few hours and gave provoded excellent and professional service!
