Dr. Mary S Shields, MD

Wouldn't ever take the time to write much needed prescription and when inquired as to when abe to get medicine they told me it might be 7 o'clock that night until possibly the next morning. The office staff threatened me with the police and baneed me from their facilities.

The only Reason I'm giving 4 stars
is Mary sold her Practice
to "Arcare"
When it was her's I loved the
Waiting Room so pretty & had
Classical Music playing
how Relaxed is that
I think Awesome
then Ur called back in
Exam Room & 1st thing you smell
is Alcohol where they just wiped
down Your chair
& Cleaned ALL GERMS
from past Patient

Office staff unprofessional. Front office lady a total moron. Was unhappy about waiting for two hours in the back room and walked or saying I don't have time because we are short staffed where I work. I then received a letter saying because I was dissatisfied with service she will no longer be my doctor. Wow. Won't even acknowledge how I missed three hours of work for nothing. For my husband I had to call multiple times for an MRI REFERRAL. They also blamed Walgreens for losing a script that was faxed from them. My husband ended up going to urgent care because he was extremely sick. I ended up having to fax her with urgent response from my job. She is a doctor at the clinic I work at and is a total airhead.I Don't recommend for adults.
