Ameristay Inn & Suites

Over all the hotel was very clean. Most everyone was nice. I had a good time. Suites where nicely sized. However they messed up my reservation, which caused us to end up with a non-smoking room when bothe of us smoked! very bad! We had to spend the entire weekend going outside. Also the cleaners would stand in the lobby complaining about the customers waiting to the last minute to check out. So i would suggest a little more training in making reservations and not allow the employees to hang in the lobby to do thier complaining or someone like me won't leave a tip for cleaning and I tip nicely.
