The same rude girl lost all future business from me tonight. Called in our order at 8:25 ( they close at 9). When I placed the order she told me I would HAVE to be there in 5 minutes and I would HAVE to pay with a credit card. I told her it would be physically impossible for me to get there that quickly but I would leave right away and be there long before they closed at 9. She hung up on me. Wasn't sure if I even had an order until she called back a few minutes later for clarification on an item. At this point I REALLY wanted to tell her to shove my order, but I had several people depending on it. Got there to pick it up around 8:45 & the place was essentially closed. Once I was able to get in and get my order, I asked for her name. She told me Sandy (yeah, right...) I then apologized for making her do her job and told her to be sure to tell her boss I'd be spending my money elsewhere in the future. (Receipt indicates my server was "VAN") Got home and learned she'd called twice while I was gone, asking if I was on my way! I suggest the owner find an employee who does not close his store up early and who actually WANTS to work!
