Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer

After they flashed my phone I discovered all of my pictures on my phone and most of my phone numbers were gone. I called and was told they would talk to their tech and see if he backed everything up to his computer and call me back first thing in the morning because he had left for the day. After waiting until 11:00 I called three times and finally got ahold of them only to have them tell me they had no idea what I was talking about so they had to call me back. When they did 2 hours later they informed me there was no way to get anything back because the tech hadn't saved it to their computer and this sort of thing happens with flash phones. No one EVER told me this before I got the thing flashed or I would not have allowed it. I had irreplaceable pictures on there that I cannot get back now. Then I had to take the phone back to the store two separate times because they didn't program it right each time. And their demeanor towards this whole mess was as if I was being a nuisance. As a first time customer to Cricket I am VERY disappointed with this store and refuse to go back to them.
