        I like the fact that Jeremy wa...

        I like the fact that Jeremy was honest with me on repairing an older rider - he told me he'd do it but it would cost more than most people would think it's worth. I like it when someone is honest enough to say "OK, but . . ." especially when it ends up costing him business.
