  Great place to deal with for mowers and…

  Great place to deal with for mowers and all my other equimpent. Even have a tractor I bought at Home Depot, but they still fixed it. Very polite and nice to talk to guys at the counter and the salsmen. Will absolutely be shopping there from now on!

  Double Beware… I took my Ariens lawn

  Double... read more mower, I found that Hellebuycks omitted reinstalling the blade adapter - it was missing and the belt was loosely hooked around the spline shaft and the blade was loosely bolted to the shaft.
  
  So I had to make another trip to Hellebuycks where they managed to find a blade adapter and install it on my mower. They did not offer anything, including the return of my $40, for their carelessness and for my inconvenience - nothing but a very curt apology.
  
  And even more to their shame, I wound up buying a $15 part and fixed the self propelling disk drive myself, saving $325!!!
  
  Now over the years, I have bought two mowers, two snow blowers, and a tiller from Hellebuycks. But as a result of this experience they have lost a long time customer.

  Beware.

  Beware. Took my Ariens snowblower, which I purchased there, in for repair. They charge $35 just to look at it, then told me it would cost $170 just to repair it, stating I needed many unnecessary parts. I said no thanks and asked them to return my snowblower. When I picked it up it was torn apart and not even put back together with the clutch cable damaged (which it wasn't when I... read more took it in). I fixed the cable myself and ordered the scraper blade online for $30 which I replaced myself. I really should have done this in the first place but thought I'd leave it to the "experts". Boy was I taken.

  Nice place and the people are OK, but…

  Nice place and the people are OK, but the service people might not be as honest as they could be. They said a snowthower was being held up because of a bad auger, but I called the manufactor and they said not! ????????????????????

  fast and kind service

  this seems to be the only cub cadet dealer that will take the time to look up parts for the older cub cadets several other dealers told me to buy a new one
