2020 Pinot Gris (RS - 0%)
Just about the perfect acid, sugar and pH balance when harvested. A hearty, full-bodied and flavorful rich, dry white. Created to more closely resemble a French Pinot Gris rather than an Italian one.

2020 Traminette (RS - 6%)
This classic wine is hybrid of Gewurztraminer. The pine- apple and grapefruit floral flavors have been captured for your enjoyment.
Vidal Blanc Select Sweet Harvest (RS - 9%)
This wine is harvested late in the year and has high resid- ual sugars, creating a sweet, rich white wine. It has a complex bouquet with honey and pear flavors. (Similar to Ice Wine but not quite as sweet.)

Cuvée Rosé (RS - 1.5%)
An off-dry Rosé with a robust cherry and fresh fruit flavor. This delightful Rosé pairs well with any occa- sion. Perfectly balanced at 1.5 residual sugar.
Oh Hell Yeah! Red (RS - 3.1%)
A sweet red wine with a supple berry, full mouth feel and soft finish. Named after a fishing friend (Red), who exclaimed “Oh Hell Yeah!” after drinking this wine.

2019 Foch Rosé (RS - 0%)
Hints of cherry on the nose. This un-oaked dry red wine comes with citrus and plum undertones. Great for any occasion early afternoon or late nights. —- Fermented like a white wine.
2019 Chancellor Noir (RS - 0%)
With a deep, rich red color, this wine offers a wealth of berry flavors and balanced mouth feel. The tannins provide a lasting finish.

Delightful Dessert Series

First Kiss (RS - 3.1%)
A full-bodied red wine blend with Merlot characteristics and a rich dark chocolate–red raspberry bouquet. It has a full mouth feel that gives way to light tannins and a dark chocolate sweetness. Fun in a glass!!
Smorleaux (RS - 5.6%)
A subtle milk chocolate flavor touched with a hint of marshmallow leads into full-bodied, slightly sweet Merlot characteristics.
