The agency has since been owned and operated by Richard's daughter, Kim and her husband Jewett Stephen, since 2000. Molly Harris joined their team in 2001. Kemp Insurance is an independent agency that strives to solve the needs of its customers. We offer personal Home and Auto, Farm-owners, Commercial/Business, and Life Insurance products.
