horrible experience 2 1/2 move quoted for one day. Was told it had to be two day move, did not say it would cost extra. at end he charged $500 extra. Every screw was taken out of ever piece to shelving, fans , EVERYthing , not taped to item. two workers went first day were told to put in walk out cellar, NO ! they heaped everything in garage. I specifically asked for wardrobes, NO, no wardrobes were used, clothes were heaped on floor in closet and bedroom . Second day he could not fit everything in truck , however, he asked me for a huge, pick up tool box, which I gavae him and he , of course, fit that in truck. Had to leave many thing with neighbor, not to see again. Darrin Hayden, owner did Not go to move home. Callled and complained about his workers atrocious move, we talked out, he agree to compensate me $200 which was better than nothing, NO, he did not send and his cell is shut off ! How Un professional. Charged $500 more than quote! Many items could not be put back together, shelving units and such, screws lost and I could not fix. Items Lost... Do not use them ! For the inconvenience and disrespect because I'm a single person he now should reimburse me $225. ! in a bank check
