        Overall

        Lougee and Frederick's cheat people who order online by not delivering the level arrangement you ordered. They did it to me as I was ordering an arrangement for a fellow vet and did it online as I couldn't find one I liked locally. I ordered the deluxe version of Star Spangled Roses and they delivered the basis version which was embarrassingly small.

        I found out who delivered the flowers and called Lougee and Frederick's at which time the owner told me he sent what he felt the money the online company sent him warranted, not what I ordered in good faith. He made the agreement with the online company to deliver the orders, how many other people are cheated and never know because they don't see the flowers they ordered? Lougee and Frederick's may be committing fraud at your expense. Use someone else!
