Absolute Credit

UNETHICAL AND ABUSIVE Two years ago, they closed a file on a debt I knew (and still do not know) anything about and put an adverse record on my credit report. They were contacted after I saw the listing of less than $150 on my credit report late last year. They kept refusing to provide the paperwork for the debt. Finally, after a few weeks, their manager, John offered to delete the the listing in return for payment. He referred to is as "pay to delete". After receiving this small payment from me, they did not delete the listing and kept promising it would be done. Eventually, five months later, a complaint was laid with BBB. They lied in their response and then the owner screamed and shouted and said that she will punish me and ruin my credit and will leave it there for seven years, because I complained about her company's trickery. Two months later, I cannot understand why they are so cruel and are harming my family and I like this. What would they have to gain by punishing my whole family and preventing me from obtaining much needed credit as I try to build a better life for my family. I cant have bad credit to obtain a professional licence for my chosen, nor to obtain student loans let alone buy a car for my family! What is wrong with these people? It is a family business and the owners are mothers too! I would advise that when you speak with them, YOU record them yourself and you should rather go straight back to the dentist or doctor that says you owe money instead of paying them. What a never ending nightmare -> for a debt I still know nothing about and am definitely not responsible for. And how much did they get from all of this spite you wonder? Around $40.
