The Great Cookie

I am completely dissatisfied with the experience my family had at The Great Cookie. The cashier handed my young son his cookie and it fell to the floor. When he asked to exchange it, she refused. We had to pay for another. We had to pay $2.49 twice for something that most likely gets thrown away at the end of the day and probably only costs ten cents to make. Is this your policy, to make children cry and gouge parents? It's just bad business. On top of that my treat was stale. I will never buy anything from The not so Great Cookie again.
