Premiere Orthodontics

The office is always closed. They don't call to remind you of your appointments but are quick to charge missed apointment fees. The staff is ok but the management has changed and the new manager is standoffish and unaccommodating. The Doctor is very impersonal and don't communicate well. He's on his cell phone a lot and seems irritated if you ask too many questions. He seemed very personable and approachable in the beginning. The practice seems to be going down hill and I see why.

This staff is very unprofessional . The Dr. I believe is very caring and hard working , but unfortunately every visit become more challenging by the experience. The last 3 payment arrangements was confusing due to the miscommunication between office mangers and that still is a ongoing issues. I am disappointed with the service. Most of the staff are very snobby, rude and unfriendly which make the office visit uncomfortable. I have to wait for least 30 to 45 minutes to have treatment. Since the original Dr. who I wanted to complete my treatment has retired I have to finish my treatment there. I would not recommend this office to anyone. Although Premiere Orthodontics might be very beneficial for some type of persons, I suggest that you do your research on who is providing this treatment. Don't fall for the title and the rest, they only try to impress you to get you to buy the treatment. From that point, the service goes downhill. I just want to finish with this, but I won't bring any of my family members to this doctor. Just a simply call to make an appointment or change your time is a hassle and take least 20 minutes before you are able to speak with someone. Leaving a voicemail is not acceptable and they charge you for changing your appointment time or the date. The staff provide no courtesy at ALL and when you are paying for something I believe customer service go a long way but in this office it don’t exists.
