The hours of operation for this business are deceiving. Although, the website and the notice on the door says they close at 8pm, they post employees at the door to turn people away prior to that time. At 7:53 I respectfully explained to the woman at the door that I had exactly 1 item to pick up and I knew exactly where it was and she refused repeatedly to let me in. This was a huge inconvenience and you truly need to change your hours of operation on your door and website. When your customers see a specific time they assume that time indicates when the doors close. If that's not the case you need to change your signage.
