If I could give this place negative 100 stars, I would. They lack communication, they’re usually too late or too early than say it’s on you. The best part is, my son uses the school bus and his driver is the most unfriendly, maybe even the rudest bus driver I’ve ever met. I was almost shut in the door as I explained to him I’m a visually impaired. I was saying I couldn’t see what was in my (nonverbal) child’s hand so I couldn’t have taken it away if I didn’t see it, this is when he tried to “kill me with kindness,” he maid a smart remark and shut the door on me. I shouted,”No, I’m making sure y’all strap him in, every morning you pull off he’s standing up, and that’s unacceptable.” He pulled off with my son standing, the aid did nothing. Worst customer service and my piece of mind is shaken.
