Eddinger Hardware LP Gas

I WAS a new customer for refilling my propane, but I won't be going there anymore. The first time I was there their pump wasn't working, I got a refund no problem. The problem was when I got home the bottle was still opened. Two days later I went back to refill my bottles again and I felt like I got blown off....VERY RUDE! I told the guy at the desk they left my bottle opened and he blew me off and went right to the next customer. So I said something to the guy filling up my tank and his response was "Well you know, there's a safety valve on it" So I guess that makes it okay....no apology or nothing just rudeness. Good luck if you go there and check your bottles because they don't care if you blow up,,,,it has a safety valve.

Their prices are a little high for the leased tank customers. When asked about purchasing the tank got defensive answer that did not even tell me how much it was. They do come when called but office staff is anything but polite and courteous.
