Roof was installed just 2 1/2 years ago, and at that time we gave company a "C" rating. Now, roof developed a leak and owner will not fix it. After WEEKS of trying to get leak repaired, we are now told that an employee came out to look at roof flashing/vents and determined leak was caused by "squirrel damage." First of all, not sure anyone actually came out to look. Second, we didn't see any damage, nor did the contractor we hired to fix the flashings. (He just laughed in disbelief, and was shocked that Lawler wouldn't honor warranty on a newish roof.) Lawler said they would fix leak for $395. The roofer we hired instead fixed roof the same day, replaced all 3 flashings/vents, and charged only $240. Please don't give this company your business: you'll be very sorry you did!
