Jennifer Nails

This place has horrible customer service. I went for the first time to visit this nail salon based on the great reviews I read. When I walked in they asked me what type of service I needed and she said to sit down. After speaking in her native language to the other workers that was not working another worker came from the back of the nail salon, she told me no we can't take you now. I have someone coming right now. There were two other workers in the nail salon not attending to other customers and she still told me no. They were very rude and nasty with their responses. To continue to have a successful business customer service is one of the key elements if you want to customers to come back in addition to providing excellent service. I would not recommend this nail salon.
