Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I absolutely LOVE this Enterprise! When I lived in East Norriton, I used to drive all the way to the Enterprise on Township Line Avenue and West Chester Pike. The customer service was that fantastic that I preferred a longer commute to get to them rather than choosing closer rental companies. After moving to Wynnfield, I finally noticed an inconspicuous Enterprise sign on City Ave and realized I had been passing this Enterprise every time I rented a car to get to the W. Chester Pike location. I then started going to the Bala location. They too provide excellent customer service and competitive pricing. I later learned there is a common denominator between the West Chester and Bala locations -- they have the same branch mgr, Tyler Pennepacker. He ensures that his staff is personable and professional. They take the time to learn their customers' names. Even when competitors may offer lower deals, I choose them b/c the quality of care is guaranteed. I'd definitely recommend them!

My experience with this company was alright. They have a great staff and are very efficient. i am looking forward to my next rental.
