        This store is the worse! The sales people are not responsible. I have been fighting with At&t for 10 months because the salesperson did not enter my promotional purchase correctly. The problem can only be rectified at this store through a store Manager. She in turn stated she would correct the problem. She did not. She refuses to return my calls and would not answer questions from the salesperson who sent her text messages while I was in the store. I ended up spending more than an hour on the phone with Customer Service...who in turn had a whole different rendition of the story to again attempt to get this fixed. After being persistent, I'm now dealing with a Manager for Customer Service who sees that this whole problem started in this Bala Cynwyd store. He is going over their heads to fix it!
        CHECK EVERYTHING THAT THEY DO! THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND IRRESPONSIBLE!!!
