        Overall
        no customer support values

        It took them one hour to do a simple return only because the manager was on lunch and no one else out of the whole superstore to help with a simple return authorization. Very, very, very disappointed with this store.

        The store is dirty, especially...

        The store is dirty, especially the bathrooms and even some of the products you pick up off the shelf, The phones don't get answered. I was just on hold for 25 minutes, finally only getting to speak to electronics...three times! I was trying to contact the Pharmacy. Not Good!
