This store is horrible. If you ask a team member for help you either get a blank stare like zombie or the standard it's out of stock answer. The selection is very limited and the shelves are very disorganized. The whole staff should be replaced or the store closed entirely and reopened as a different toy store.

I recommend not shopping there because of what happened to me. Awhile back I placed an online order in the store and it was a really bad experience. Not only did they mess up my order but they never canceled it like they said they did. So, I tried to return it and was told the credit card that was used to place the order was not the card I gave them in the store and they absolutely refused to give me a refund. I shopped there for years and will never go back.

the selection is pretty good and the staff is friendly and helpful. an extra changing station. in the restroom would be nice. it can be a hastle to chang your little one.
