Golden State Overnight

The service this company provided was so poor, we had to revert to Ontrac, AND THAT'S BAD!!! The delivery guys twice piled up my packages (approximately 15 ice chest and 15-20 boxes) right at my front door even though they were informed to place them on the front porch bench. After the third time comming home to find the idiots still can't follow directions, I called my boss and she had no choice to go back to Ontrac. We couldn't even get into my house without going to work and do something they were already paid to do. I really don't like writing something negative about a company that's just trying to make it but if they can't hire someone with half a brain, they deserve whatever comes their way as a result of their own actions.
