        They did everything wrong! They knew it too, sadly I didn't. Didn't put a screw back in, didn't put a plastic scree back to hold the camera in place, didn't glue down the home button or speaker back down! This all on my iPhone 5 that had a cracked screen. Now I can't hear worth crap on it! Can't be fixed...I let them know about the crappy job, they act like the aren't getting my texts (which is how he liked to communicate).
