They seem like a family freindly place. Im sure they are however they could improve upon their customer service. I ordered some supplies, small siomple ok and kind of pricey! ... Ok so they dont put in my order on time, they must have forgot. Then When I call a week later for some kind of ready date, the girl didnt even recall my order or should I say what the product was i had ordered, meaing a item. Then she finally say's OH OK.... So she tells me she will call me back and doesnt. I finally call again and speak to a nice young man. He say's he is shceduled to call me monday at 9 am. 9:20 I call instead and the owner seems to be a bit irritated with me in the sense that i may have put him on the spot somehow with saying that I had ordered them 2 weeks ago, I say that to him because he was very quick to say it took 7-10 day's for my specific order to be made. I tell him yes but it's been 2 weeks? I know my order was forgotten but instead of being apologetic I almost felt challenged by him? Umm this is so backwards here lol... So he tells me he is on the phone right now waiting for a ship date. So then he stay's quiet on the phone??? I say umm ok what do I do now? He say's what do you mean? I say do I stay on hold and wait for you to get the ship date or do you call me back? He say's oh well if you want too? Im like man take some direction with me Im your customer come on lol.. Take care of me gosh lead the way tell me something lol... Makes me a bit uncomfortable. So now I have to wait till next week to have it shipped to bakersfield. They are just business cards! Ummmmm?
