Don't go here

I have never been more disappointed with a company before. I took my car in to get fixed with an insurance claim.. He told me he would cover my deductible and I had purchased stripes that I wanted to get put on. They told me that he was going to charge 80 to install the stripes. They told me the car would be done between 4 to 5 days. When it got closer to my pickup date i called and he told me a couple more days. They kept telling me diffrent days each time i called back. I didnt end up getting my car back until 2 weeks later. They day I picked up my car they called me to tell me my car was done and they weren't going to put the stripes on for 80 if I wanted them to do it it wouldn't be done for another 4 days and it was going to cost 160 rather then 80. It doesn't stop there. When I arrived to pick it up I wanted to talk to the owner Mathew but he had already gone home and told me to call back on monday. Which I call back and I had called and he wasn't in yet. They told me they would have him call me. Few hours went by so I decided to call back and when I did he was there. He got on the phone and told me he won't do any more work my car and called me a a**h*** and hung up on me. But I tried to tell him that he hadn't fixed the rim which was a part of the insurance claim. I called my adjuster and he told me he paid the shop to have fixed it. When I called back to Mathew he started calling me name which was a shock to me. He kept saying I'm a Moran a a**h**** a f****** idiot and a bunch of other very rude unprofessional words. I don't understand why he was flipping out because I didn't once cursed at him just ask him to stop cursing at me and he kept on going on. He told me if I have a problem to get the law involved and to stop f****** ya talking to him. I will never do business there again and by writing this review I hope that I help people not to have to go through what I did. And to be honest this isn't the first time he has done this to people. I was informed by someone that this wasn't his first problem that he had heard or dealt with Mathew the owner of excalbur. Customer service was horrible.

We took our car here to get the driver door fix from when we had a hit and run. We discuss with the owner Matt about putting decal stripes on the car and he agree to charge us $80. So we waited over a week for our car because they kept changing the date for when it will be done. Finally the last day they called us saying they were going to put the stripes on, they called back a fee mins later saying they couldn't put it on because they were not pre-cut, the guy said he would charge us another $80 to cut them out, or we can do it ourself. We picked up the car and they give us the key and said we can talk to the owner on Monday when they opened. They didn't give us no paperwork or nothing. We called back Monday to speak to the manger /owner to see if we can take our car in to put the stripes on since we cut them out. After a few words exchange he called my bf an a**hole and hung up. They were supposed to fix one of the rims on the tire and they never did, our insurance company paid them $125 to do that. So we had to call back after we got off the phone with the insurance. We spoke to him in to hush voice or curse at him, and all of a sudden he started going off and keep saying "your a f**king moron and your f**king idiot, don't call me a theft or a lair, I will never work on your car again!". All we were trying to tell him is that they didn't fix it and we could send him a picture, but he assume they did fix it when clearly there was still a starch on it. He even said if you think you have a case then get lawyer, get the law involved. None of that was necessary!! All we were trying to do is take care of business like an adult. The owner is in 40s, and he's treating his costumer like that?! That isn't mature for him and his business. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!

There were red flags the momen...

There were red flags the moment I started talking to the owner about the recent damage to my car. The owner was extremely rude for no particular reason as I attempted to get a quote, which was odd because other repair shops in the area took the time. Needless to say I ended up walking out and went home to do some research. I read some other reviews on google explaining the shady business practices of this shop, and I believe the other poor reviews 100%. I'm not sure who the previous reviewer is, but it sounds more like an advertisement. I just thought everyone should be informed because I feel lucky I didn't get taken advantage of.

Overall
After I was involved in a bad ...

After I was involved in a bad automobile accident I really thought my car was beyond repair!! I took my car to several different body shops just to be quoted outrageous estimates! When I spoke to my friend about my frustration she recommended Excalibur Body Shop. From the moment I walked through the doors I knew everything would be okay! They did quality work on my car and excellent customer service! I will recommend them to everyone I know in the future!
