E.D. Marshall Jewelers

As much as I would like to say something nice about this location- I can't. Everytime I go there, I either have to deal with a "WANNABE KNOW IT ALL" or a person who is dry with a one star customer service attitude, also a person in management constantly saying what they can't do- and I end up having to call a manager from E D Marshall in Scottsdale to get the job done, I never tell them I have years of experience as a jeweler, I allow them to go on and on with their rant. I suggest you go to the Scottsdale location, the people there are friendly and glad your spending your "EXPOSABLE INCOME" with them. Their is a book called "CORE VALUES" it's used by every successful major retailer in America....READ IT!
