Apodaca's Glass & Door

We needed to replace some windows prior to the sale of our home. Apodaca’s were immediately available to come to our home and give us an estimate, which was very reasonable. The windows were ordered and the work was done a lot quicker than we had anticipated around the holidays! We were very pleased with the quality of their work and their professionalism. We would not hesitate to use Apodaca’s again!

I had originally tried to contact Glass Doctor because I had a broken window...after a week of no response, I contacted my home insurance agent and he recommended Apodaca's glass and door...I had a reply from them within an hour of calling!! They immediately set up an appointment to come out and my glass was installed in less than a week!! The two installers who came out were courteous, friendly, professional and had my glass window in in no time and even cleaned it!! I was immensely impressed with the customer service I received and will highly recommend them to anyone who asks!!

I have done business with Apodaca Glass a in two different "thinking out of the box" situations and have come away pleased with both the results and reasonable billing. I am an out of state property owner and while I have a handyman he doesn't do windows When I have called Apodaca's glass they have always been there for me. They are able to think out of the box to help me find realistically priced solutions.

When my trimmer threw a rock into my Arcadia door and shattered my the glass I was freaked out. What am I gonna do? That's gotta be expensive! Probably take weeks to get repaired! I have a glass company for life! Our home was broken into and I called our "usual" glass company and left a message. While I was waiting I found Apodaca's info when I googled glass companies on the west side. I decided to try them. Not only were they the only company that actually answered the phone, the sent someone out right away! We called our installer Julien, the "Patron Saint of Glass" as he offered a temporary fix for us while we waited for the window to be ready. Shockingly, Hector called the very next day to schedule the new window install. We had expected to wait 3 days but Hector rushed the order and we are now safe and secure. Our "usual" company did finally call back....4 hours later...that's not customer service. Thank you Hector, we will be talking again I'm sure.

A rock flung from our grass trimmer and shattered the outer pane of our sliding glass door last week. With a toddler and baby at home we needed the door repaired quickly. I needed a window after a storm did some damage. I called one other highly rated place and was quoted nearly $400 and it would take 3-5 days to receive. Estimate could happen in 3 days. Then I called Apodaca. They came same day, quoted for half the price and had the window in 2 days. They were awesome. Great service and pricing. Highly recommend. I called Apodaca's Glass when a bullet broke our bedroom window. Within hours they came to our house and provided the quote. As I wasn't aware of the price of windows, I told them I wanted to call around to get other quotes. Hector at Apodaca's Glass advised if I found a lower quote, he would beat it by 10%. I called Apodaca's Glass to replace the damaged glass on my front door. They came out quickly and provided a quote. They walked me through the many glass designs available. They ordered the glass and completed the job with awesome customer service. I know to call them for future jobs!

Called these guys and scheduled an appointment from 9-10am and no one showed up. Called them at 10:15 to find out what happened and they stated they left me a voice message saying they had to cancel. I checked my messages and there was nothing. Asked if they could come out the next day and just look it over and call me back with an estimate. Stated it was not a problem but never got a call back. Not the end of the world but I needed this for a rental house and it put me behind schedule. Use Glastek instead.

I broke a window in my patio late afternoon last week, I was worried I wouldn't find anybody to come and repair it since it was after normal business hours. I saw Apodaca's had 24 hour service, I called and they came out and installed a new window no problem at all. This is a great service and I will tell my friends about this company!

I needed a quick repair on a large window which was broken by a golf ball in the early evening hours. Mr. Apodaca responded to my phone call after typical business hours and was out the next morning to measure and order a replacement window. It was installed two days later as promised. I found all of his employees who came to the house to be professional and courteous. I was very impressed with the service. I found this company through the yellow pages and couldn't have been more satisfied.

Apodaca's was timely and efficient in their work. They had the job completed within the time frame that they said they would. I also had a small leak when it rained heavy from a bad seal in my old window that dripped from my patio roof. I noticed last week during the rains that the quality work that Apodaca's did has stopped the leak coming from the window. I would highly recommend this company. Prices are competitive and the work is very well done.
