Great Clips

do not I repeat not go here and get you hair trimmed. I have mid shoulder length straight hair. Asked for 2 inch trim and bang trim no layers on length. Lady suggested shampoo so it would be easier to cut. When I got home I about died when I went to style it. My hair is cut in on even lengths. In the front I have a large 1 inch chunk missing, and my bangs are chopped all up and the sides are way shorter then the front and she said she textured them. NOT! I am a mature adult near 60. Never in my life have I ever paid and had such a mess. in the back there is sections that are still the length before cutting. They wanted to correct it today when I went in, but to correct bangs, they would be 1/4 in above my eyebrow. My hair would need another 1 /1/2 if not more for them they said to even it out. MY hair will be too short for way I wear it up in the summer. The bangs no way. I made the trip and paid big money to have someone I trust fix it. SO for a quick trim that I though would be ok, boy did learn a hard lesson. This lady named Peggy needs some serious training! n I had to rate them, but this should be a negative 5!

I took my mother for a haircut at great clips in Avon, Ohio. It is the worst haircut she has ever had. She had asked for a simple pixie cut. The service was horrendous! . When I voiced my concern and how dissatisfied I was our stylist was not even apologetic. I realize once you start cutting there's not much you can do with a bad cut but to keep cutting but he wasn't even remotely remorseful, he just kept saying he understood and kept cutting. What's worse, the manager was cutting at the next station, knew we were not satisfied yet never acknowledged. The service was so bad, I will never return to a Great Clips.
