Pet Medical Center

I have been to this Hospital many times and in each case the Vet has been only interested in jacking up my bill, doing many over priced tests, and never properly diagnosing the problem. I have never left with a bill of less that $350 or more. I have given this hospital enough chances and have been let down every time. This Hospital was more interested in hanging their flat screen plasma TV's then providing good customer service and accurate medical assistance. Do not go at all costs.

I took my sick pet here because it hadnt been eating for few days and was told by the vet that it needed further exams to see what was wrong with it but assured me that it wasnt critical. The X-ray and blood tests were over $150 and naturally I couldnt afford it so I asked that it be given fluids instead so that at least it'd be stable for awhile. Well, my pet died just 4 hours later! The vet didnt have any experience with small animals. Otherwise, she shouldve told me the truth about my pet's health instead of have me waste time & money there, when I shouldve been at home with my pet on its final hours, instead of her being uncomfortable at the clinic which is what happened. They shouldve been honest about the situation and not have tried to deceive me into thinking that it needed more work done when NOTHING couldve saved her at that point. The bill end up costing me $104 for a "service" that did more bad than good. I was legally scammed at the expense of my pet's health! Never again
