Wolff Floral Design

I placed an order for flowers from out of state for delivery in Austin. Called Wolff's due to proximity to the delivery address. I was specific about what I wanted as far as size and overall appearance but allowed the florist complete creative licence to use the best flowers to accomplish the task. Spent over sixty dollars on an arragement that looked in the pictures to be worth about 30. I called to complain but they stated that the bouquet was appropriate for the money paid. Spend your money with someone else.

I ordered Flowers for Valentines on the 3rd of the month to make sure there were no issues. First off I never received any estimate of when the flowers would be delivered, should have been a bad sign. When I decided to call the florist and try and get an idea of when they would be delivered all I got was a busy tone. After literally dialing in over 100 times I finally get someone on the line and all they say is that they will be delivered before 5PM and that someone would call before they were delivered. 5PM comes around and still no flowers and no call, I get on the phone and again their number is busy. Finally at 8:30PM some one knocks at the door with flowers, by then I already had to apologize to my wife that her flowers still had not been delivered but that I did really order them. I understand its Valentines and that they are probably very busy but if they want to keep their customers they should make sure they can handle the orders they take, otherwise the customer experience is going to suffer. I for one will never order from these guys ever again.
