This guy is a rude, incompetent, arrogant jerk, both him and his wife talk down to you like your a child, he yells at his clients when he is the one that has not done his job, homework, and has totally managed to screw up a friends case. He was court appointed as he had little money. I have personally hired my friend a new lawyer. They take an oath to represent all clients with equal passion and to try as hard as possible to represent them well. He does not, and from other reviews I have read it does not matter if you pay him or the state does, he is awful no matter what. I was a paralegal for many years so tried to help my friend and make sure that everything on his part was done right, but he lied and said my friend didi not to his part. He needs to see a psychiatrist and get on some medication and take anger management courses,,,totally 100% unprofessional!!! Actually was yelling at us in the courthouse, because we were asking him to do his job and let us meet with the DA, which he never would even try to do. When I say yelling, I really mean yelling, loud and angry, his face turned red! He seems in everyway to be working with the DA and for the DA instead of his client, and will settle for whatever they say so that he can do as little as possible. Delay, delay, delay, and you can call his "Office" and talk to his wife while they are in bed? Really, I am not joking! Seriously sounds like they are sleeping, like his wife rolled over, also his assistant and answered the phone ....LOL, Is really insane! Run, don't walk away from this guy! Do I have to give a star? There needs to be a black X, many of them...so I can post in the Negative! XXXXX
