I had looked at several insurance companies and agents while searching for medigap insurance. Through persistence, Stephan Babcock at GoMedigap got my correct phone number and left me an intriguing message while I was out. I was about to call him back (something I never do with sales calls) when the phone rang and Stephen was calling. During the conversation he taught me a lot about the minefield presented with Medicare and medigap insurance. He even helped me break down the dollars and cents of an RX plan, using my current prescriptions, even though he doesn't sell that. I wasn't ready to make a decision at the time on medigap, but, I called him back when I was ready. I had decided with Stephen's help to go with a plan with AARP, and since they were sending brochures literally every week, I could have dealt with them direct. I didn't because I was convinced that the service and the wealth of knowledge I had already received from Stephen could not be topped by anyone else.



Stephen proved himself once again with all the answers when I called back to sign up. He and the team at GoMedigap could not have made it easier.
