David Moore has over 25 years of trial experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in highly complex cases in almost every aspect of the law. He has handled construction cases as large as $35 million in damages, and participated in the longest jury trial in Williamson County history resulting in a verdict in favor of his client in a highly complex construction case. Eric Galton is considered by many to be a pioneer and defining force in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution. Since 1989 he has mediated over seven thousand cases, employing a variety of mediation styles. Mr. Galton is highly versatile; he mediates disputes ranging from a half day to two weeks in length, in cities all over Texas and elsewhere in the country, involving anywhere from two to 125 parties from a broad spectrum of ethnic, socioeconomic, political, and business backgrounds. He mediates disputes in over 17 areas of law. In addition to his wealth of practical experience, Eric Galton inspires and motivates participants through his uncompromising ethics, incisiveness, compassion, and genuine love of the mediation process. Mr. Galton has mediated in excess of three thousand employment disputes, with over four hundred FLSA in that group.

Lynn began her law practice in 1995 as a labor, employment, and civil rights attorney with the Austin law firm of Van, Deats, Rubinett, and Owen, P.C. Lynn represented a wide variety of public and private sector labor unions and individual employees in all settings, including state and federal courts, administrative agencies, arbitration, and negotiation. As a litigator, Lynn developed substantive expertise in statutory and constitutional employment claims including sexual harassment, retaliation, discrimination, wage and hour, and wrongful discharge.

He earned his JD from Saint Mary’s School of Law where he was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for excellence in the studies of commercial paper. He has authored numerous articles and presents at MCLE courses on topics including construction defects, easements, real estate titles, and foreclosures. He has also presided over a number of hearings and issued legal opinions to the Texas Air Control Board regarding complex environmental permitting matters ranging from the proposed construction of large multimillion-dollar toxic waste disposal facilities and high tech chip manufacturing facilities to concrete/asphalt manufacturing and mixing plants.
