        Overall

        If you need to store anything, at any time, in Austin , don't even bother looking anywhere else. Cool Box Portable Storage is as good as it gets! They are so helpful and attentive. The whole place is super clean, and very well taken care of.

        I rented storage from cool box...

        I rented storage from cool box,and it was the worse experince ever.they have no customer service what so ever,they alloweys behind on pick ups and deliveries

        I don't know how they stay in bussiness.I honstly wouldn't recommend them to my worth enemey.pay extra $10 for pod it's not worth the saving.
