        dishonest, unethical and unprofessional

        my wife and I found this company to be very undesirable dishonest unethical and unprofessional to deal with. they have repeatedly lied about our sales transaction and they are currently holding approximately $2000 of our money. they have been withholding this money for several months without any indication of resolving this matter. we have been forced to resort to legal support to resolve this matter.
