I had a rally poor experience. I waited for 25 minutes without any explanation or apologies after being "greeted" as though I were an interruption, not a valued customer. I received 3 recordings and a text message to remind me of my appointment and to confirm I would be there, but still the very long wait. As a new patient I certainly didn't feel like they wanted my business. I do have to give credit to the lady who did the initial part of my exam. She was friendly and professional. That made me hopeful for the eye doctor but that was really the worst part of my experience. She was rushed and impatient with my questions and when I didn't understand her medical/technical speak. She was condescending in how she spoke to me and often sounded like a robot that had memorized everything she had to say. I didn't feel like she really was focused on my particular needs, she could have been talking with anybody.



I did not purchase frames or lenses there and I certainly won't go back for an exam. I am telling everyone I know and run into not to use this practice! Take your business and money elsewhere!

We brought our son in to be checked for glasses, and the dr. diagnosed a previously-unknown "lazy eye." He was made comfortable by the doctor and staff, and he is actually looking forward to getting his glasses!!
