They can't seem to keep a dental hygienist for more than a year at a time. This hadn't been a major issue for me in the past as I don't have any dental issues. However, if you would like consistency, I would recommend another dentist. At my last appointment they mistakenly and confidently scheduled my next appointment as per usual. As I hadn't had an issue before with their scheduling over the years, I didn't question it. I received a bill for my last cleaning, confused because my insurance covers 100% of my cleanings. I called to see if they could fix this error, and they are now claiming because the hygienist no longer works there, they can't confirm if the scheduling error was their fault. So now the patient that's been a loyal costumer for several years will be looking for a new dentist as I'm now on the hook for their error. Happy holidays! Extremely disappointed.

Indeed, the dental service itself was excellent. However, their insurance people are incompetent and/or unethical. They assured me that my insurance plan included them as a provider. Only after the dental work and the billing did they admit that they knew it would not. Obiously I remained legally responsible for payment. They acted in a nonprofessional manner and took advantage of me. Take caution.
