We have had an overall bad experience with this particular dental office. My wife had implants done and after a year she finally had to go to a different office to have the partials attached to the implants properly fitted so that they would not move or cause pain. Now that we have the partials properly fitted onto the implants it requires that she return fairly often so that they can be tightened onto the implants. This was not something we were told in the beginning. We also found that quite often the doctor who had originally begun the procedure was absent from the office for extended periods of time and my wife had to deal with dental technicians who seemed unable to resolve issues. Finally, we paid for every procedure as we left the dental office but after transferring to another office we began receiving bills. The new office informed us that this was actually a bill back to the previous clinic. This did not stop phone calls from the corporate office where I spoke to numerous persons about the problem and was assured each time that the problem would be resolved. The same has occurred between the two dental offices...I was assured by staff that the matter would be handled, we are still receiving bills and nothing has been handled after almost a year. While the implants and partials have a pleasing appearance there is much to be desired in the customer service department.
