        I have been an American Family Insurance customer for about 10 years now and I can't say enough good about my experience with the support and professionalism I have received from my agent Rich Laikola and his team. I had to file a claim for hail damage on my Honda CRV from a storm two years ago here in Colorado which impacted thousands of customers. I was impressed with the fact American Family Insurance flew in claims adjusters from Arizona to help with the huge number of claims that were being filed due to the damage from the storm. Rich was in contact with me the whole time during the claim process to be sure I was getting the proper support and attention I needed. After the claims adjuster finished his work in my driveway I was handed a check for the damage to my CRV on the spot which was very much appreciated. I have never been treated as well before by an insurance agent and I have had auto insurance for the last 54 years!
