        Overall

        The serviceman was very polite and patient. He thoroughly checked out our washer until he found the problem. He ordered the part and returned to repair it.

        The only problem was not with the serviceman, but with communicating with us from the office; we had to call to ask if the part had come in. We were then told that the part didn't have to be ordered but was in stock.
