The guy they sent out to install two toilets were great.. He was very competent and professional. The guy that was sent was named Donnie.. I would recommend them every time..

Excellent service. They arrived promptly and completed the work in a timely fashion. Asked how I wanted the bushes they had to cut down disposed of and took care of it. Very reasonable rates.

Hardy Plumbing came out the same day we inquired about installation (5/4/2015). We had a 50 Gal Natural gas water heater installed. They charge by the hour plus parts. They were very courteous and professional. I inspected the job after they left and it looked to be very well done! The cost for the installation was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again for any other plumbing we need to have done and I will be recommending them to our friends and family members. We had a water heater installed last year by another plumbing company and it was more expensive and not nearly as well done. We were very disappointed in them.

Okay so in the past I see not so great reviews but my experience with Hardy Plumbing was wonderful. I had a huge mess from builders who did not install my pipes correctly. These guys worked so hard and had my issue resolved in 2 days. They were exceptional nice. I recommend them 100%. Thanks for your hard work,friendly service and most of all your honesty!

just move here in Augusta and got American Home Shield for my home insurance when I closed on my home. Garbage disposal not working to my standard based on my previous experience with garbage disposal. AHS sent Hardy Plumming and the guy they sent does not even know on how many types of garbage disposals are there. I expect the person working on this item to know at least the basics since he is on this business. The guy told me that everything works and because it grinder the ice cubes he fed the disposal. Per Internet, it should take 30 seconds to grind food, mine took 1 1/2 minutes to grind the dog treat ( greenies) I fed the machine. The guy took my $75.00 dollars and reported to the insurance company that everything works. I will not buy nor recommend American Home Shield Insurance Co. They do not care about their customer because they keep hiring and contracting incompetent company to work for them. The hired company declares that everything works fine when it does not so the insurance company does not have to pay the repairs. This insurance company does not work nor care for the Military who has to take time off to be there from 10-1600 hrs waiting for their hired help to check the neded services just to declare that everything works when it does not. I have asked the insurance eco any to advocate to shortened or give an exact time when these people are coming to check what ever needed to be checked but no accommodation for anybody not even for the Military who are putting their life on the line for the country. Stay away from American Home Shield insurance! and from the people they hired to do the work for them.

Stay far away!!! April 2013, Hardy Plumbing came to my home in response to an American Home Shield service call for a leaky faucet. After measuring the water pressure, they insisted that they needed to install a pressure reducer before doing anything else. At the end of the day, they installed a water pressure reducer but were unable to fix the faucet. Fast forward a mere few months to August 2013 and the pressure reducer began to leak, costing me hundreds on my water bill. When I called asking them to come and fix the shoddy work they did they attempted to extort me for over $100 per hour to fix what they messed up in the first place!!!

Ive used them twice now and never had anything but SUPER positive results. They were recommended to me by home depot and I m very pleased. Im getting ready to call them again...for my plumbing issues. I would highly recommend to any friend!!

I had Hardy Plumbing come out to my home to do some simple repair. Not only did they drop tools all over our new hardwood floors, which caused dings and dents, they also broke a pipe in our wall which caused flooding throughout one entire room which then dripped through the floor on the first floor causing more damage in the ceiling.



Trying to reason with them to repair the botched job was a complete struggle as they said that the repairs would have to come out of my pocket. Higher-ups on the phone were rude and unhelpful. I finally decided to fire them on this job and go with a more reputable company.



WARNING, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO DO ANY WORK IN YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS UNLESS YOU DON'T MIND A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
